Dominick Townsend has worked in real estate for 4 years selling residential, commercial, land, and investment properties in the Butte and Tehama counties. The secret to his success is his willingness to put in the time and energy in order to make the real estate process as painless and easy as possible regardless of whether his clients are buying or selling. Dominick moved to the Chico area 8 years ago to attend Chico State and fell in love with the small town/big heart vibe. At the age of 26, this Eagle Scout is also one of the youngest Broker Associates in the county. Dominick lives in Chico with fiancé Ayriel and their 2 beautiful daughters. He and his family are survivors of the Camp Fire and look forward to continuing to help the community rebuild.
