Tom is a native Texan that came to California in 1977 to utilize his science/technology training in Silicon Valley. After 25 years he was ready for a change, obtaining his Real Estate license in 2003 and his Broker license in 2012. He began practice in Wine Country and served on the local board there for five years, before moving to Chico in 2015.

Tom is a client-focused, project-oriented problem solver. In addition to being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Real Estate Collaborative Specialist for Divorce (RCS-D) he completes training in both Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice (2011) and Mediation (2012) in order to provide the best possible service to homeowners. Tom strives to provide credible, reliable information and negotiate effectively to obtain the best outcome for each client.

Outside of real estate, Tom enjoys golf, cycling, fishing, cooking, and is an accomplished winemaker.
